I've just finished the training with Thomas d'Ansembourg. Everything he says, based on his own experience, is so right on the mark, so helpful, so inspiring, so that we can understand ourselves better, make peace with ourselves, radiate around us and be inspiring.

Towards Citizen Interiority
Thomas d’Ansembourg invites you to delve deeper into a fundamental concept: Citizen Interiority.
Do you know the story of the jackal and the giraffe?
“You’re going too fast, slow down”, said the jackal.
“The road is very narrow.
Would you mind driving more slowly?”, said the giraffe.
“You’re driving us crazy with your music, it’s too loud”, said the jackal.
“Your music doesn’t let me concentrate on my work. Would you mind turning it down or listening to it in another room so I can finish my work?” said the giraffe.
“You’re so selfish, you only think of yourself”, said the jackal.
“Would you like to share this last piece of cake with me?” said the giraffe.
“I’m glad you’ve tidied up your room. You see, it’s not that complicated”, said the jackal.
“I’m grateful to you for tidying your room. I’m glad you’re helping me, and that we’re sharing the housework a little. Thank you for your help,” says the giraffe.
Can you see the difference between the jackal and the giraffe?
The jackal is a power player. He’s not mean, no, but he’s not connected to himself, to who he really is.
The giraffe, on the other hand, is much more lucid and aware of its relationship with others. She doesn’t attribute her feelings to them.
She knows that most conflicts arise from misunderstandings and our inability to express ourselves and listen to others.
And she’s fully aware of who she is and how to address others, so as not to provoke them into conflict.
The giraffe is empathetic. This Non-Violent Communication© metaphor shows just how much violence is the expression of frustration that can’t find the words to express itself.
Let’s face it. In our daily lives, we’re more likely to be jackals than giraffes.
It’s a fact of life.
We don’t know how to describe how we really feel.
We don’t take the time to sit down and analyze our deepest human needs.
We’re cut off from ourselves and from others, as if plugged into the autopilot of our lives and our social relationships.
By learning to understand our deepest needs and those of others, non-violent communication enables us to be more attentive to what we say and what others say,
That’s what this exclusive masterclass by Thomas d’Ansembourg is all about:
- Help you understand who you are
- Teach you the 4 fundamentals of Non-Violent Communication©.
- Show you how to identify the thought systems in which you've been trapped since childhood, so you can move beyond them.
Thomas d'ansembourg.
Trained as a lawyer, Thomas d’Ansembourg has worked both in the corporate world and in the voluntary sector with young people caught up in delinquency, addiction and violence.
At the crossroads of these two experiences, he understood the vital role of communication in resolving conflicts and avoiding all forms of violence (externalized or internalized).
He became a psychotherapist, taught Non-Violent Communication and also developed the concept of Citizen Interiority.
For almost 30 years, in consultations, in his books, or at conferences and seminars, these tools have helped hundreds of thousands of people to listen to themselves and break out of their confinement.
