Being a parent is a journey full of pitfalls.
You often feel alone when faced with your uncertainties, and when you have doubts, you have no one to turn to.
Or you receive unsolicited, random, even inappropriate and often contradictory advice from family, friends, doctors or strangers who take the liberty of passing judgement.
And very often, they’re no better than you are, or they have values and methods that contradict yours.
How many times have you heard the famous ‘if I were you…’?
Yes, but you’re not them and your child is not theirs.
So what’s the solution?
How can you become the parent you dream of being for your child?
How do you deal with all the dilemmas involved in bringing up your child?
How can you stop feeling guilty for failing to deal with a situation?
How can you stop reproducing the parental pattern, the only concrete example you have received in your life?
And how can you get rid of the judgement of others?
Thanks to this masterclass, you will no longer be alone with your questions.
Isabelle Filliozat will give you instructions on how to determine the right balance between severity and tolerance,
Know how to help your child develop academic and social skills,
Know how to help them resist today’s temptations: social networking, screens, alcohol, cannabis, etc.
And how to listen to your teenager so as to maintain a relationship of trust even during crises and periods of doubt or tension.
You’ll also learn how to understand the reasons for this tendency to repeat the less-than-ideal upbringing you received as a child.
You’ll discover how to stop feeling guilty when you make a mistake and why your child doesn’t need perfect parents, but genuine ones.
In these 17 videos, you’ll find solutions to help you deal with as many situations as possible, so that you can support your child in a caring way, from the moment they leave the maternity ward until they reach adulthood,
And make you feel less guilty about not being a perfect parent.
Because being a parent is an incredible adventure that you don’t have to go through alone.

ISABELLE FILLIOZAT.
Isabelle Filliozat has been a psychotherapist since 1982.
Over her 40-year career, she has developed expertise in analysing emotions, supporting parenthood and teaching. She has shared this expertise in the forty or so books she has published, which have been translated into 28 languages, as well as in the 1,600 lectures she has given.
In 2006, she set up the École des Intelligences Relationnelles et Emotionnelles, followed by Ateliers Filliozat. These platforms also enabled her to disseminate her empathic and integrative approach and to become involved in supporting parenthood.
A recognised expert, she was appointed vice-chair of the ‘1,000 First Days Commission’ initiated by President Macron’s government in September 2019. She is continuing the work by supporting the creation of the ‘Maisons des 1000 jours’ to provide ever more resources for parents.
Author, psychotherapist and speaker, Isabelle Filliozat is a leading figure in positive parenting in France. After a career in private practice and the creation of several training schools, now independent, she devotes her time to informing parents, professionals and political figures about the needs of children, as well as those of parents and childcare professionals.
