The fundamentals of French cuisine, with 17 original, easy-to-make recipes.
Yes, you can cook delicious recipes worthy of the greatest chefs all by yourself.
Do you love cooking?
Do you want to impress your friends and family?
Do you want to cook dishes at home that are worthy of French restaurants?
Then this masterclass is for you.
Many people think that French cuisine is complicated to reproduce. In fact, this is not the case at all.
It relies on a single secret.
And what is that secret? It’s the balance of flavours.
It’s this balance that makes French dishes so delicious.
To achieve this balance, all you need is 3 things:
Having the right products (and knowing how to choose them)
Knowing how to measure them out
Controlling cooking times
Have you ever watched cooking tutorials on the internet?
How many times have you been disappointed with the results when you’ve tried to make the recipes on offer?
Probably dozens of times, right?
And that’s perfectly normal.
The reasons are simple:
Either there’s a crucial step missing that makes all the difference,
Or the explanations are too succinct. Now imagine being guided step by step through these recipes, detailing every stage and showing you exactly what to do and how to do it.
Imagine having all these explanations offered to you by one of the world’s greatest Michelin-starred chefs… That’s exactly the aim of this masterclass: to enable you to make your own succulent, never-before-seen recipes with Pierre Gagnaire’s step-by-step guidance.
Thanks to his pedagogy and precision, you’ll know exactly when to add which ingredients, as well as how long to cook them, how to cut up your products and in exactly the right order to prepare your dishes.
Pierre gives you his secrets and techniques for cooking delicious recipes at home with ease. Your friends and family will be fighting to come and taste your dishes.
Bon appétit!
Pierre Gagnaire was born in France in 1950. He began his career at the age of 14 as a pastry chef, before joining the restaurant of the famous chef Paul Bocuse as a cook. He opened his first restaurant in 1981 after taking over his father’s restaurant for a few years.
Today, he heads several establishments around the world, in Paris, London, Tokyo, Seoul, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Dubai, etc., and has a total of 12 Michelin stars. Every year he takes part in Top Chef, a culinary competition organised by French television.
In 2015, he was voted best starred chef in the world by his peers. Pierre Gagnaire is a legend of French cuisine, famous as much for his demanding standards and his love of cooking as for people.
