My intention is to discover the roots of my pain. I want to learn to care for me to cook for me to love myself to heal and be resilient to daily triggers. I don't want to hate myself anymore.

I have a question. I always felt like a frightened dog that has been beaten. And how would such an animal be treated to start healing? It takes a lot of love and patience. But unfortunately, as a human we have to do it ourselves.
